Payment Options
For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, and major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. When more extensive dental care is necessary, financial arrangements can be made with our office.
Insurance
Our office staff is always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork. We’ll work with your insurance provider and make sure you fully understand your insurance benefits. Please let us know if you have any questions about your insurance coverage and how we can help to make your entire dental experience a pleasant one.
Currently, we accept the following PPO plans: MetLife, Guardian, Aetna, CIGNA, Principal Financial, Lincoln Financial, Ameritas. Other insurance plans not listed, may be accepted with out-of-network benefits. For more information, please call our office to inquire with one of our friendly office staff.
Financial Policy
We accept most major insurances, and we offer our patients without insurance Fair-Priced Fees: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also offer 0% interest free payment options, or payment plan options up to 60 months/5 years through CareCredit.
